I also experience this problem. A zombie will hit me, make my screen blurry, and I will fix it by hitting escape, video options, and then everything is clear again.

Encountering same problem. Character resets and relocates to a different spawn point every time I log out. Doesn't matter if I stay on the same server or switch servers.
