Regarding the SFC scan showing corrupted files; There is a Windows update KB3022345 (KB3068708) that will make SFC fail when there is nothing wrong. CBS.log shows utc.app.json and telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json as corrupt but they are known false positives. Removing the update can fix the SFC issue, but it doesn't affect the error with the game.
