Same issue here, buddy. The game freezes, i can't even close the process, and it keeps consuming RAM. Posting my issue, so someone sees that you are not alone.
Edit: Sorry, new in this. Because it's the same thing, i'm not going to post another. If it's of some help, i'm dropping here my sys specs:

Well, after a complete system reboot, looks like the game works perfectly.
Maybe if you try that...?
