I did forget to mention this is also an issue in vanilla. I did try using a different headset and that did seem to work actually, i use the Steelseries Arctis 7 and i used my old headset the Logitech G533 but it is the only game i have a problem with using that headset and like i said a few days back it was working fine. It's not like it is just the headset either as when recording it records the game with the messed up audio so it is changing something on my PC to mess it up.

See mines the opposite, when looking at the vehicle the sound disappears when i am looking 90 degrees from the vehicle i can hear it, very weird.
