I can confirm that if I manually set value revMouse=0; to revMouse=1;, ingame behavior is changed to what I want. Game settings is same as in video I posted earlier, no changes. I don't want to investigate this issue more, problem solved for me so you can close this thread. Thank you for your time, may the force be with you.

Negative result, no read only files are there. But in Kenobi_settings.DayZProfile I see "revMouse=0;" which is in conflict against setting that i see in ingame menu. You can see this in video that I added in older comment.
I will do some testing with manually config change and if this will failed, then I will try DayZ reinstall, maybe it helps...
