Okay, inspecting both i now think the problem is the stretching of the UI. When the game´s resolution is set to 32:9, so is the UI. And for the inventory it is stretched to the left and right. That´s why the lower slots of the inventory appear on the right side what causes the problem with the item´s placing.

I managed to go on 1929x1080 by editing the config. So the resolution seems to be the problem.
