Quick fix - (my "nojoy" mod does this) remove joystick bindings in "chimeraInputCommon.conf", specific items listed below :
- CarTurbo
- CarThrust
- CarBrake
- CarSteering
- CarShift
- CarShiftReverse
- CarHandBrake
- CarHandBrakePersistent
- VehicleEngineStart
- VehicleEngineStop
- VehicleHorn
- ManualCameraAny
