Does duplication affect the spawn rates of harder to find weapons and gear? For example: my friends and I have looted every military location on the map both as we spawn in and immediately following a server reset and while we find some weapons (sk’s, sg5’s, etc.) we have yet to find a KA or M4 or any other rare gear from the major military installations, we however have been able to raid camps that are clearly duplicating weapons, ammo, tents, and so on. Do the servers record the number of any given weapon or gear piece in that server (regardless of it being found in the wild or in a base/stash regardless of legitimacy) to keep the ‘rare’ weapons and gear from being too abundant? Does anyone know the answer to this because if I’m right the people who are duplicating are ruining any chance of someone playing the game by the rules of finding any valuable weapons.
