I've noticed that too.
It's not as easy to "vault" through a wall as it used to be. Your character won't do the action if you are facing a wall. Press the vault button while looking in an open area, then quickly turn towards a door/wall and when your body is kinda in the gap, log out real quick. It's very frustrating, as I'm doing this RIGHT NOW too

Donlod, you had a great idea. Instead of running, I pressed "jump" and while my leg was on the outside of the wall, I managed to log off and jump through the room. Thanks for the idea/tip!
