Managed to track down the issue to DMS addon, not quite sure what exactly caused it, tried friend's version (changed settings to match mine) and so far in the last 3 days no giant rpt appeared.
Even the overall rpt size is now below 1mb as shown on the screenshot below. Please close the ticket, thanks. :)
