Can confirm. Had this same issue as well this evening. Seems to be the first people to join the server. Two other friend died at the same time as me whilst logging in; other members of our group who connected around 90 seconds later spawned in without issue.

The lantern was working for me when outside but not working in buildings. Not sure if this is still the case. Will check when I get a new gas canister.
