Removed party tents so they wouldn't cause an issue anymore.

Thank You for looking. Still getting reports from players about flagpoles and shelters de-spawning, and other things de-spawning while in radius of raised flags. I'm trying to get a clip of it happening from one of the players.

Anyone know what other Lifetime values would effect flagpoles disappearing? Other than Territory Flag/FlagKit and Globals FlagRefresh
