1911 pistol mags seem to disappear in the 0.46 experimental build. I had 1911 pistol and mags on both my regular and hardcore hive character.

They seem to disappear after you have handled them in the inventory. I loaded the pistol and fired, then put the pistol away. When taking out the pistol again the mag was gone.
