Hi guys,

I'm relatively new to this "community" so yeah, I apologize beforehand if this post seems unworthy for these forums.

So I bought DayZ today on Steam, highly anticipating a fun time on this game I wait for it to install. However when I launch the game a black screen flashes in my face, I can hear sounds of birds through my headset - stemming from the game but the screen won't display a picture.

Can anyone help me, does it have anything to do with the resolution? Can I change it somewhere?
