I could use my two rags over and over again.

1. Start using a rag from inventory screen.
2. During the animation of using it remove it from your hands by clicking the X.
3. You then have the rag back in the inventory and the bleeding has stopped.
4. You can then use the same rag again and again by repeating these steps.
