Happened to me and my friend recently. housev2_01b is a crimson wooden two-storey house, one of them caused my friend's death in Stary Sobor, another one killed me in Chernaya Dolina. In both cases corpses were sticking out of a wall on a ground level few meters to the right from house entrance and in both cases pants and all items in the pants were ruined so it seems like characters died from falling.
