Sorry to hear about your trouble. Unfortunately, I can't find any experimental characters in the database when looking up your user account. Can you confirm that the Steam account you sent in is the correct one?

Oh well, i managed to kill myself after 3 hours.
And yes, it is the correct one, might be because i updated back no stable.
