Your previous report was closed because (as far as I know) there is nothing that can be done to help you with this issue.

There is no backup of old characters and if you get reset, the new character overwrites the old one making a rollback impossible.

I will assign this issue so you can get feedback directly from a developer, however you will need to wait until Monday as support is not provided at the weekend.

Thank you for sending us your feedback regarding this issue. Unfortunately, this problem is a known issue that has previously been reported. The devs are aware of the problem and are working on fixing it.
