The first time I had downloaded the game my screen started looking like this, than I decided to see if by reloading the game it would fix the problem, it did , but than later on I go back to playing it returns to looking like this. This only occurs while playing the game at the loading screen everything is fine its just when I go to play that it shows this.

It is because it is night time on the server that you are on. When you go to join a server look at the server time. Anything in between 0800 and 1900 should be daylight. Everything else is nighttime and is dark.
