Suffered a fracture when spray painting. Manage to fix with splint. Suffered another broken leg immediately after. Died. Was not shot. Did not fall. Random.

First fracture is at 0:03 second mark

Broken leg and death around 1:13 mark.

Fire Station at Cernaya Polana - standing still and spray paint and drink water will suffer two broken legs and death.

Was able to reproduce by "swapping" an item while on second floor. the item Fell through the floor - http://youtu.be/Z2WmPJPxEq0
