I experienced this issue with the Mosin and with the longhorn especially with the longhorn it's easy to see.

1. Load the longhorn
2. Try to fire at a zombie

If this issue occurs now u will see a shot but the bullet won't do damage and u have a second bullet in ur longhorn.
If u fire the second bullet u will do damage now.
