Bullet Impact limited by Rendering Distance of Grass

Description

The bullet impact (dust swirls up) seems to be limited by the rendering distance of the grass. In earlier versions of the game, this was not the case.

This should never be the case, because long range shooting gets very hard, if you have no indicator where your shot hit.

It also seems like the impact of the bullet on a player (bleeding), is also limited to the rendering distance of the grass, this should also be fixed.

Steps To Reproduce

Take a gun and shoot in the range of the grass and see the impact. Now shoot on a long distance, where no grass is rendered anymore. You will see no impact.
