As of today, iv been playing strictly on one server in exp (UK 0-16), and without fail every time i am booted for the reset, the server and any servers on that time frame reset schedule (seems to be all the teens) will take upward of 3-5 minutes to be enterable. i also noticed that all servers on this reset timeframe revert to time 09:20 and no one can enter for a prolonged period. im assuming it may have something to do with the new "environment" that hicks mentioned on his twitter which has been set for exp. but it is something i have noticed EVERY reset so far
