Previous to 0.45 patch, we have been able to empty the 60 round 556 clip and have a stack of 60 .556 rounds to put into the ammo box for storage. That was a very useful function. So far as I could tell, by design.
Since the patch, when emptying that 60 round clip, only 30 bullets come out of the clip. The other 30 disappear into thin air. This is very frustrating. I am sure it will be addressed shortly.
Perhaps designers never intended for 60 round stacks and this is a result of the 60 being broken into two stacks of 30 and failing?
Still. I am sure that we, the players, want 60 round stacks.

The ability to load up the 60 round mags in order to empty them and create 60 round stacks was not by design which is the reason for why it should no longer be possible to do so.
