I hope this gets as much attention as possible. I am confirming that the sway of the weapon is highly increased in .45 . I have now tested it with Mosin, SKS, AKM and M4. The increased sway is present at all times, with character being healthy and administered morphine to ensure no broken limbs, indifferent of stance (standing, crouched or prone). Heavy breathing will STACK UP and holding your breath when rested mildly helps but does not stop the sway.
The sway is present on the weapon itself, not just when looking through a scope. It is present when aiming down the iron sights and it is present when aiming from the hip. Decreased FOV allows for a better observation of the sway but does not change difficulty of aiming.
Finally, what I believe to be a critical observation - the white dot (center screen that is supposed to represent the true focus of your character's vision), which used to jitter pre-.45, has stopped jitterring. It is now stationary.
