Critical: Server freezing when players are connecting to it

Description

That makes the game basicly unplayable. As soon as someone tries logging in, the server lags. All playermovement will reset once the connection of players is complete.

-On the other end: Whoever has a seemingly eternal "waiting for host" screen is causing these massive lags on the server.

-Invisible Zombies on some servers. Might be related to this.

Steps To Reproduce

Join an empty/half emtpy server. Move around your character, rightclick on any item in your inventory. As soon as it says "receiving" for more than 2 secs, you will notice that it correlates with people connecting to the server. After they connected, rubberbanding happens.

Related to that might be the incredible long "waiting for host" issue aswell.
-Also, invisible zombies on some servers.

Also related to the long "waiting for host" is the massive character reset from my experience. I had no char resets as soon as i began to immediately disconnect if the wait for host is longer than 2-3 seconds.

Renders the game almost unplayable.. Rubberbanding and lag way worse than I've ever experienced in the game, me and my 6 teammates had to stop playing last night cause of this

24/27 times during serious lag/rubberband at least one player tried to join the server. HC/regular, same results. Maxping <80

last night/this morning worst rubberbanding yet by far on stable for me.
on regular unable to approach lumberyard through orchard north of nizhnoye, tried for over 10 minutes
on hardcore unable to approach vyshnoye from south, same as with lumberyard, just keep teleporting back 100 meters or so , in a loop

Myself and other friends who play DayZ SA are experiencing this issue very bad tonight (Thursday 26/06). It seems to be when Player A is attempting to connect to the server, all other players already connected are not able to modify inventory and when connection is complete for Player A, the other players rubber band to their original position. This is currently on Stable, however when connecting with Experimental it seems to be fine.

Hello Khanarac,

The lag spikes on the server will most likely be due to players attempting to access servers while in possession of massive amounts of duped gear. This is being addressed by the devs as well as the problem related to zombies clipping into objects/environment.

Both issues have previously been filed. Please remember to file all issues seperately as well as perform proper searches before filing bugs.
