Description

Upon walking down a road, I decided to go from "Very Low" quality to "Low" quality. Immediately following, my game froze, only to reveal a very poorly pixilated DayZ. My resolution is so bad that I can't read the Alpha letter, or any of the other options. Also, my game isn't full screen anymore, it now has about an 1 inch of black border and both sides of the screen. Now, whenever I boot DayZ, The blue Windows loading circle appears in the center of my screen and i rather large, much larger than the normal circle size.

Hi,

At the main menu, click Configure -> Video -> User Interface and use the Resolution drop down list to select your resolution.

Make sure the Aspect Ratio option matches the aspect ratio of your resolution.

Close the config settings completely and return to the main menu.

Then open Config again, click Video and then select your resolution from the Rendering Resolution drop down list.

This should return your game back to normal resolution.

Open dayz.cfg file and type "your real resolution" in there like ; for example 1920X1080

change older one like that... delete 640 and 480 and type your resolution...
Resolution_W=1920;
Resolution_H=1080;

then open the game and change your resolution to 1920X1080 and change interface size to normal and change aspect ratio then you'll solve your problem...
