i dont know how to do that im not very good at that stuff and the artikle isnt helping much

and i was able to play since begin of the game so i dont think its my internet
cuz i tryed at my friends house and some other friends and it doesnt work

the only thing i know is that im not the only one and that it happens every 10 minutes and i tried everything bot not forworting my port cuz i dont know the ip adres and port of dayz standalone also tryed to use other port didnt help either

Following these steps should allow you to perform a traceroute:

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. In the Run window that appears, type 'cmd' (no quotes) into the Open box and press OK
3. In the command prompt window that appears type: tracert 69.162.83.204
4. Allow the traceroute to complete
5. Finally, either copy - paste the text and add it as a comment here, or screenshot the window and upload the image

i hope to hear how i can resolve this gamebreaking problem becuz i want to play dayz standalone real fast

yea the same time around 10-15 minutes and some other people i know have it and they tryed everything
and there is nothing against it to do i think

i think it a real weird thing this problem cuz i already played like 291 hours without any problem or any problem it just started accuring like 4-6 weeks ago and i had like 30 minutes but i only can play 10 minutes now

In order to rule out your router as being the cause of your problems, would it be possible for you to try connecting your pc directly to your modem with a cable and then seeing if that makes a difference?

i tryed and did that but didnt do anything im using a netgear 5 port 10/100/1000m switch g5605 v4 but ill try again

and first i get yellow chain and a second later red chain then i leave cuz there is no point waiting to be kicked out for loosing connection and the confermation of change when u leave pups up i press yes and that freezes for like 30 second i realy want to play this game but i need a fix

also having some desync issuese with the game some times nothing big some 100k desync for like 1 minute

Our devs did a thorough investigation of your tracert report. The connection seems to become broken between you and the game server. For this reason we would recommend that you contact your ISP and request for them to investigate where the connection gets broken. Since you can connect to the servers and play before being disconnected, and since this is not a global issue, we are unfortunately unable to reproduce it and investigate further.
