Erratic shaking when rasing weapon

Description

Noticed on new patch for stable as of June 18,2014

Weapon appears to shake uncontrollably but aimdot does not move however when aiming down the sight the scope moves a lot.

It appears to be related to mouse movement, When i raise the weapon and keep my mouse still there is no shaking until I move my mouse a little bit.

Steps To Reproduce

Put weapon in hands
Raise weapon (keep mouse perfectly still at first you will see no shaking)
Move mouse a little bit
Keep mouse still to observe.
