i set my ping to 1000 still only one or two servers showing
theserver names are different each time i refresh but still only one or two appear of often none
some are 40 - 60 ping some are 140 ish
but cannot connect to any of them

This might be a simple filter issue, by default the filter shows servers with a ping no greater than 100ms - try changing your filter to include servers with a higher ping.
