So I logged out in second floor, and when I log in the next day I am stuck in the room below. I am unable to get out, and I have tried the "run-against-the-wall-and-vault-and-log-out-glitch". It does not work for me. Also, not really related, but vaulting only work like 2/10 times I try to vault.

Sorry to hear about your trouble. In case you still need help getting unstuck, just add a note with your Steam ID url, and I'll help you sort this out. Example: "http://steamcommunity.com/id/xxxxxxxxxx/"
Also, please let me know if your character is on a Regular/Hardcore server.
