I know this has been posted before but i couldn't find it to add a note so i'll start my own here. I noticed some guy had global chat once in a server i was in so i messed about and did it once, then messed about a few more and i've pinpointed how to do it, the person in question can speak to everyone over global channel.

Steps To Reproduce
When joining a server while on the "wait for host" screen, in the bottom left corner it will pop up "Global communication" and when that pops up just hold the button you have bound for VOIP. And when you spawn let go, and you're locked to global channel.
