I logged out on the third floor of what I'm guessing was an office building, however when I logged back in today my character was stuck inside a boxed in room on the first floor. What do I need to do to help fix this problem? I'm fairly new to the game so I don't know exactly where on the map I am.

Sorry to hear about your trouble. In case you still need help getting unstuck, just add a note with your Steam ID url, and I'll help you sort this out. Example: "http://steamcommunity.com/id/xxxxxxxxxx/"
Also, please let me know if your character is on a Regular/Hardcore server.
