Went near the Military Base and as i zoomed in from a distance the screen started flickering as seen in the video.
got worse as i came closer, gray/black squares covered my screen nearly completely.

looking away from the Base no flickering at all, and as i came close and went inside the bugs also disappeared.

Managed to get the bug another time when i went there later that day, same process as before.
