Description

I was playing Dayz on a server when I went up in a tower at the Airfield. Then the server crashed and when he reconected I was dead. I lost all because of the server crash. That happens to me before too, but I just started again. But this time, I had a lot of good things on my inventory.

I read a ticket before of somebody asking to reset his character to the previous life he had, he said that do that was easy for the supporters.

If that is possible, please can you reset my player to his previous life?

Sorry to hear about your trouble. Unfortunately, we don't have an event tracker in place which allows us to see the reason for characters being killed. For that reason I am sorry to inform you that we will not be able to reanimate your character with the gear you had accumulated.

However, I do hope that you'll have some good luck when trying to gear up a new character and that you'll have some great experienes with other players along the way :)
