If you have a weapon, mele or a gun in your hands and try "Eat" or "Drink" it will not eat and the second time you try to eat or drink there is no such option in drop down menu, only "Inspect" is left. Logging off and on from server fix that.

It is really anoying and and Sometimes I forget to remove my weapon from hands, so I need to relog from server.
