Also, please let me know if your character is on a Regular/Hardcore server.

In order to send a private message, you can click the "Make Private" button to the left of your message after you click the button labeled "Add Note".

@kingiska: you have already sent your messages as "private", so all you need is to send in your information as requested above :)

However, for the sake of not mixing up Steam ID information, it would be much appreciated if you could submit your request in a seperate issue. Also, when issues like these are submitted seperately, it will be easier for us to gauge how stable the game is in regards to players getting stuck.
