This must be a problem with your computer.

I have also reinstalled Windows 7 64bit one week ago and I also reinstalled DayZ.
I have no problems.

Try reinstalling all your hardware drivers correctly!

Try deleting your game absolutely completely and try reinstalling your game then.

Well as it turns out it was the drivers that were outdated, the problem was that the intel hd graphics updater didnt find them so i had to look it up on the internet, thanks anyways anon!
