If you press ESC, the logout button isn't working for 30sec.

This is a suggestion, not a bug.

The system that is in place is to ensure that players choose a safe place to log out - the system you are suggesting was used during the pre-alpha testing and was proven to be extremely ineffective and allowed players to safely combat log.
