Handcuffs quality upgrade

Description

After uncuffing damaged handcuffs with worn key, quality of handcuffs was upgraded to pristine.

Also this happened with badly damaged handcuffs and damaged key.

Not sure if it happens always, but it did 3 times in a row with me
