so a player when leave the server his character stay for some second before disappear, onther player hit him in the face and go unconscious they took his gear, the one who leave get back to the server and spawn close to his body with all his own gear.if they want to make onther body copy he leave,, then they handcuf him or hit him in the face to loot the body.

this is the way how players get same gear.
