i was in the military base and a guy shot me, i was unconscious and not dead. so i decided to wait to regain conscious. that happened in a minute, and my character just stood up to be finished and dead. in real life you should have stayed on the floor and try to look around or pretend to be dead, you just don`t stand up. i expect that behavior ingame. when you regain conscious you should be laying in the position you fell and your char should move only if you press any key to move or shoot.
