i fixed it my self with google search and found a way
Go near a wall or corner, then do a standing vault and log out BEFORE the animation ends.
Then log into a different server.
Do this a dozen or so times and it will almost definitely get you out, it has worked for me every time, be persistent, it will work eventually, try different corners, different walls, logging out during different points of the animation etc.

EDIT: Apparently doing this in conjunction with holding W when you load into the server can help too
