This problem happened to me twice, and for some reason it happened in Berezino.

The first time i was climbing the ladder located on the back of the hospital in Berezino, when suddenly, when i was near the roof, black screen, "you're dead", and a bunch of messages like: "my leg is in pain", "i broke my leg"...the kind of messages you receive when you fall and hurt yourself.

The second one, also in Berezino, was near that big chimney, close to the shore. The same thing happened. I was climbing a ladder, and when i was near the roof died again under the same circumstances.
