Hi,
I would like to report a strange death that happened to me last night.
One of the steel, grey shelves in the residential townhouses killed me once i proned right against it.
I was attempting to retrieve an item on the bottom shelf (Crouching to get it to show up in the vicinity window) i pressed the prone key by accident, and it appeared my characters head was stuck under the shelf.
The screen went colorless for a split second, then the screen read "You Are Dead".

In order to help solve the problem, would it be possible for you to add extra information such as a specific location or for example a video of how you reproduce the issue? That would be much appreciated and would greatly help out the devs.
