Steps To Reproduce
  1. Put a item on the ground, preferably of same inverntory size.
  2. Use usable item.
  3. While item is being used, swap it for the one on the ground.
  4. Wait until its done.
  5. Pick up item again.
Additional Information

If you try swapping the item that is being used around it refuses, but moving the one on the ground into the inventory will use normal behaviour.

We fixed 3 guys with 1 splint, 100% reproduceability.

Thanks for the feedback, however this has already been reported.

Closing as duplicate of #0010927: Food/Drink item dupe in 0.44 Stable.
