Unable to aim down sights correctly

Description

I am unable to aim down sights correctly using any weapon, scope, or binoculars. When I attempt to (using right click) the screen zooms a slight degree, but is otherwise completely unchanged from the normal view. There is no reticle, sights, etc.

It makes gun fights nigh impossible.

With the binoculars are you holding down the right mouse button or just clicking?

Just relog when this happens, its a bug.
