Nighttime, with my flashlight in hand. I found better pants then I had on. I attempted to switch everything from my current pair of pants to the ones on the ground, and the game would allow everything to be switched but the flashlight. When I clicked the red X to drop the flashlight it didn't go into my newly switched pants, or remain in my hot bar, but it went into the pants that were now on the ground.

Steps To Reproduce
Have any item in your hands that is also in a piece of clothing, attempt to switch the items including what's in your hand and the game won't allow what's in your hand. Drop the item in the hand after switching clothing and it'll drop into the clothing that is now on the ground.
Additional Information
It first happened with the flashlight. But I was able reproduce the glitch with any item. Cans of Food, screwdriver, and of course the flashlight. Time of day, server, or place doesn't matter.
