I got attacked by a regular old zombie when I had nearly full health. One hit caused 5 messages to pop up saying my leg is very painful and my arm is extremely painful and may be broken. The second hit killed me. I'm not sure if this is just bad luck or a glitch. I had some protective gear on and was fully energized and hydrated which was making me heal. Took me by surprise how easily I was killed out of the blue,
