Patch# 0.44.123800 significantly degraded graphics
New, WishlistPublic

Description

I have been playing Dayz on max graphics settings since Alpha launch day without problems. When the 0.44.123800 patch downloaded the graphics textures were significantly degraded and was immediately noticeable. The textures became fuzzy and soft almost as if looking through a translucent filter. This bug report only allows a single file attachment, therefor I have attached the after screenshot. I also have links to the before/after screens:

Attempts to resolve:
-Restarted Game
-Reboot PC
-Update Drivers
-Individually adjust all graphics settings
-Default graphics settings

*No attempt to resolve had any effect on the fuzzy textures at all*

I am playing on a home built white box PC running windows 7 64-bit:
-Asus P9X79 Deluxe Motherboard
-Intel i7 3930k (Sandy Bridge) 6 physical CPU, 12 Logical CPU
-8G Corsair Dominator
-NVidia GTX 580 (4GB model)
-3x Corsair Force 3 SSD {F30915}

Additional Information

If you would like additional information, please feel free to reach out to me for more hardware details etc.. I have extensive background in computers, testing, software/firmware development, and electrical engineering. I look forward to helping in any way that I can.

I also run an online community of ~60+ Dayz players. After a few days of asking the group and sharing screenshots, none of the other community members experienced an issue similar to mine.
